Learning Objectives: At the end of this course, successful students will be able to: define and describe basic interpersonal communication terms and concepts identify and analyze interpersonal communication across a variety of personal and professional contexts in both face-to-face and mediated forms identify and demonstrate a variety of skills that will enhance interpersonal communication analyze a variety of purposes of and goals in interpersonal communication interaction
